Become a volunteer

Interested in becoming a volunteer advocate?

Advocacy Plus offers a number of volunteering opportunities, with paid staff and volunteers working together towards a better life for older people.

We advocate for anyone who lives in Westminster aged 60 and over who is having difficulties getting the services to which they are entitled.

We welcome enquiries from people from all backgrounds. We are looking for local people. We are not looking for experts - we will provide training supervision and support.  We ask for a commitment of a minimum of 4 hours a week at our office in Godson Street and we reimburse all out of pocket expenses.

As a volunteer advocate you will be part of a team. You will be able to develop your skills through the varied work you will undertake with different clients.
